At Vanazz, we create every piece fresh for you. As a made-to-order brand, we do not offer returns or size exchanges. However, we are happy to help if your item arrives damaged.
Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only
We only accept exchange requests in the following case:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at hello@vanazz.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
No Exchanges Accepted For:
- Size or color preference
- Change of mind
- Worn or washed items
- Sale or discounted items
Exchange Process:
Once approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us. After inspection, we’ll send you a fresh replacement.

- Processing Time: 10–15 business days (as we handcraft each piece)
- Delivery Time: 3–7 working days after dispatch (depending on your location)
- Total Time to Delivery: Up to 15 business days from order date
Shipping Area:
- We currently ship all over India only
Tracking:
- You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delays:
Please note that shipping may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience for our slow fashion process.
