1. General Eligibility
Everyone is welcome to use and shop on our website. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the website under parental or guardian supervision.
2. Product Information
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
- All our pieces are made-to-order, crafted fresh upon receiving your order.
- Availability is subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We accept secure digital payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, as every piece is specially made for you.
- Vanazz reserves the right to cancel an order in cases like payment failure, stock issues, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- As all our products are made-to-order, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be crafted and shipped.
- Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and courier partner (typically 3–7 working days).
- You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
- Shipping is available across India only.
6. Exchange Policy (For Defective Products Only)
We offer exchanges only if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
We do not accept exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.
To request an exchange, email us at hello@vanazz.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
7. Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds as all products are made-to-order.
- Refunds are only processed if Vanazz cancels your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content—including images, product designs, logos, and text—is the property of Vanazz. Reproducing or using this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
By using our Website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Harm or interfere with the Website’s functionality
